I’m Nico, an animal lover with many years of hands-on experience caring for pets, especially dogs with unique personalities or special needs. My passion for animals began when I adopted my Bernese Mountain Dog, Akira, from a shelter. She arrived with fear, anxiety, and several intolerances, and supporting her through this journey taught me patience, understanding, and the importance of treating every animal as an individual. Through daily training, consistency, and lots of love, she has grown into a happy and confident dog, and this experience has shaped the way I care for all animals.

Over the years, I’ve also looked after the pets of friends, colleagues, and neighbors — often spontaneously. Whether it’s going for long walks, offering emotional comfort, or simply being present so a pet feels safe, I always give them the same care and affection I give Akira.

I’m reliable, calm, and attentive, and I truly enjoy spending time with animals. I’m dedicated to creating a warm, safe, and positive environment for every pet I look after.
