Hi, I’m Rita and I live in Vanløse. I offer calm, reliable dog walking within walking distance of my home.

I have daily hands-on experience with dogs and understand how different dogs behave on walks. I pay close attention to body language, energy levels, and surroundings, and I adjust the pace and route depending on whether a dog is calm, curious, nervous, or energetic.

On walks, I stay alert to traffic, cyclists, and other dogs. I keep dogs on leash unless otherwise agreed, avoid stressful situations when needed, and choose quieter routes or green areas to keep walks safe and relaxed. If a dog becomes overstimulated or unsure, I slow things down and create space.

I follow owners’ routines and instructions carefully, including feeding schedules, walking preferences, and special needs. If something unexpected happens during a walk, I stay calm, prioritize the dog’s safety, and contact the owner immediately.

I’m fluent in English and Portuguese, speak Spanish, French, and German, and understand most Danish. I’m happy to meet beforehand to make sure it’s a good fit for both you and your dog.
