Hi, I'm Kate, a lifelong animal person living in Nørrebro. I grew up with two rescued street cats, then shared more than 15 years with Cherry, my little mixed-breed girl (part miniature pinscher). I walked her, fed her, trained her, took her to the vet and helped raise and rehome her puppies. I'm just as happy with big dogs: I spent lots of time with my grandad's German Shepherd, Bella. And our family Westie, Gabby, still drags me to the park whenever I visit.

My time is yours. I'm home all day, so your pet gets my full attention: 2-3 walks a day (up to an hour each), play, naps and photo updates morning and evening. I take a maximum of 2 pets at a time, never a crowd.

I let every dog set the pace when we meet, and I stay calm with shy, nervous or vocal ones. I stick to your routine and diet, and I'm happy to give tablets or liquid meds, clean ears and teeth, brush, bathe and give a gentle massage.

Home: a bright, clean 60 m² flat on the 27th floor with two lifts and big windows, plus parks and a dog run nearby. Just me and my husband: no kids, no pets, non-smoking. Pets are welcome on the sofa and bed.

Walks, day sitting and home visits: anywhere in Copenhagen, from early morning to late evening.
