Sometimes life can get really busy and you might find yourself a little short on time to walk your dog. Luckily with Pawshake, it is really easy to connect with thousands of pet lovers and find a walker in Charlottenlund who is available and waiting to help you out.

All of our walkers are vetted individually and every dog walker booking is covered by The Pawshake Guarantee so you can rest easy while they spend time with your dog. Additionally, your Pawshake walker will be from your local Charlottenlund neighbourhood and their profile also includes reviews from other pet parents.

Having a dog walker visit during the day is an affordable and great way to break up the day and make your dog’s day more interesting. Some of our walkers walk multiple dogs at once so this service is a great way for your dog to socialise and meet other similar dogs. However, if your dog prefers to be walked alone, you can also find Charlottenlund dog walkers who only walk one dog at a time. That way, the walks can be completely dedicated to what your dogs want – whether is a slow walk-and-sniff or a faster paced brisk walk around the block, our Pawshake dog walkers will be happy to oblige.

Hi! I’m a lifelong animal lover, especially when it comes to dogs. I have two dogs of my own back home, and I have grown up surrounded by dogs my entire life. Being around them has always been something that genuinely makes me happy, and I really miss having dogs around while living here in Denmark.
I have experience both volunteering in dog rescue and caring for and walking dogs. These experiences have taught me that every dog has its own personality, energy level, and needs, so I always try to adapt to the individual dog rather than treating every pet the same.
I offer dog walking, whether your dog prefers a relaxed walk with plenty of time to explore and sniff or something more active. If you have an energetic dog, I can also take them running for an additional fee.
I can also make home visits once or twice a day to check on your pet, spend some time with them, make sure they have food and fresh water, and give them some company and attention. I’m also available for evening/night visits when needed.
I’m comfortable caring for dogs and cats, including energetic dogs that need a good amount of exercise. However, I don’t currently have experience caring for rabbits, ferrets, reptiles, or other exotic pets, so I prefer to focus on animals I know I can care for properly.
Most importantly, I understand how much trust it takes to leave your pet in someone else’s hands. I’ll treat your pet with the same care, patience, and affection I would want someone to give my own dogs. ️

Hello there!
I love all animals so much! I'm very good with them, feed them and take care of them. I've always had animals in my home.
I have my big black cat, his name is Lakrids. It's 7 kg pure love. He is 3,5 years old and a very smart one. He can do high fives, sit and give me his paws (like a dog) etc.
I live in Copenhagen and speak Danish as well. I am 27 years old. I'm a Graphic designer and can take some great pictures of your best friend if you want me to.
I can help anytime, day and night and both cats, dogs, rabbits, birds etc. I also had two birds once. You dont have to be afraid while you're gone and I will take care of your pet very good, so you can relax on your holidays. Don't worry about anything I will update you with pictures and messages.
Hope to see you soon! Miaw!
You can always contact me.
Valeriya

I have always had pets growing up as a child and my love for them has grown into my adulthood even more. I have a passion for learning and understanding all different types of animals. My experience in Pet Care is from having my own pets and caring for family, friends and volunteering over the years.I love being outside, so I'll be happy to take your best friend wherever they want to go. I grew up with pets, and there's never been a time in my life when I didn't have a dog or cat. I believe in safety first and following the rules, so I'm practiced with canine first aid and well-versed in walking guidelines. I'm pretty flexible, so if your pet has any special needs, or if there's anywhere in particular you'd like your pet to visit, just let me know.Animals tend to like me regardless of their personalities.

Hi I'm Livny, but you can call me Liv. I have lived with animals since I was a child, my parents taught me to love and respect them. I love giving attention and a lot of affection to animals.
Since I moved to Copenhague I have missed my furry friends (Terry, Travis, Foxy and Kylie) who are living on another continent with my parents, we have video calls often but I still miss hugging them and feeling the happiness of their wagging tails. So, of course it would be a pleasure to be company for your friend.
I have been pet sitter for the last seven years of my life continuously. I have experienced with all kinds of care that the animals need, specifically with medication and injections.
I respect the good habits and reinforce the training you have been taught.
I have experience with dogs with blindness, deafness, epilepsy and their respective emergency treatments.

Hi! I’m a reliable, caring, and animal-loving person who truly enjoys spending time with pets

I’ve been living in Copenhagen since 2022, balancing my studies and part-time work. I speak Spanish, English, and French, and I’m currently learning Danish—so I’m happy to communicate in whichever language you prefer!

Animals have always been a big part of my life. I grew up with my own dog, and I’ve also cared for my grandmother’s pets in the countryside near Bogotá—including dogs, chickens, and even horses. Being around animals feels natural to me, and I genuinely enjoy giving them attention, exercise, and companionship.

As a pet sitter and dog walker, I focus on making pets feel safe, happy, and well cared for. I love long walks, outdoor activities, and exploring the city—perfect for energetic dogs who need exercise, but I’m also gentle and patient with calmer or older pets.

 What I offer:
• Daily walks and playtime
• Lots of attention and affection
• Flexible scheduling (short visits or longer stays)
• Responsible and trustworthy care

I’m flexible, punctual, and always do my best to adapt to each pet’s unique needs and routine.

I’d love to meet you and your pet—feel free to reach out anytime

I'm an Italian guy, my name Is Pietro,i have 37 years old from Calabria, On my land I have 5 dogs and over 20 cats, also 3 sheep, rabbits and chickens. in my life I worked as a professional fisherman for 8 years, igniting in me even more love and respect for living beings and nature. I miss contact with animals, which is also why I'm looking for a few hours to spend together with dogs or cats, but we could also consider some other pets . My availability is mainly in the morning. in my house I have a living room dedicated to future animals, with smooth parquet, heated, very bright room, equipped with litter and bowls for water and eating.the service I can offer at home is very basic, with sociable animals you can play some simple games with appropriate tools for the animal (to be purchased in the specific case), living on the fourth floor, the service is not aimed at large animals, and However, I prefer visits to the animal's home, walks during the day, but we can discuss any other tasksMy English is very simple, but we will definitely be able to communicate. I can also be available to look after cats at home for periods of time to be agreed and after having become familiar with the animal, as I would not like to create stressful situations for the animal. I guarantee love and care

Hi,
My name is Laila. I am 29 years old and I love animals. I like going for walks in the park as well as knitting at home.
I love both cats and dogs. I am very friendly and just want to be your pet's new friend to spend time with at home, as a care taker or a walking buddy.
I grew up with dogs, cats, birds and even goats at our house. In my free time I am already taking walks with my friend's dog and would love to spend more time making animals happy. This is why I decided to become a pet sitter.
I am flexible with my schedule and I am open to pets of all sizes and ability. I will respect your's and your pet's boundaries with their needs and your needs for them.
I look forward to helping you take care of your (pet) family member.

Hello four feet friends,
My name is Marina, and I come from the beautiful island of Crete, Greece. Over the past six years, I’ve found that Denmark has truly spoken to my heart, both personally and professionally as an architect. However, one thing I’ve missed deeply is having my own pets at home, something I’ve been accustomed to since childhood.

To fill that gap, I’ve been fortunate to care for many wonderful pets. I prefer to call them my “little ones” rather than clients because they feel like family to me. These furry companions brighten my life, and I’m honored that their owners trust me to care for them whenever they’re away on vacation.

I take my role as a pet sitter very seriously. I carefully follow all the instructions provided by the owners and make it a priority to keep them updated with adorable pictures and videos, so they feel connected to their beloved pets even from afar. It’s never easy to say goodbye when my time with them ends, as animals bring such pure and unconditional love that is truly incomparable.

I’m experienced in caring for pets of all sizes and temperaments, including dogs with PTSD (often from shelters), autistic puppies and adult dogs, pregnant dogs, and even injured or rescued animals. I’ve also cared for cats throughout my life and would be delighted to look after yours, no matter their needs.

If you’d like to know more about me or how I can help care for your pet, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I’d love to hear from you and I will be a message away. ️
Best regards,
Marina Lamprinoudaki

Hey, my name is Shuhan, 24 years old. Im studying at København universitetet. I have always had a strong love for animals, especially dogs and cats, and I truly enjoy spending time with them. Growing up, I had two wonderful dogs: first a Golden Retriever when I was a child, and later an Italian Greyhound. I also have a Ragdoll cat. They are now living happily with my mother in China, since I moved to Denmark for my studies and cannot keep pets in my student dormitory. I miss them deeply, and caring for other pets here would bring me joy and comfort.

I enjoy walking dogs not only because I love their company, but also because I personally value an active lifestyle. I keep a regular fitness routine, so going for walks, playing, or running in the park with dogs is something I truly enjoy. I am patient, responsible, and attentive to the needs of each pet, and I would be happy to care for vaccinated dogs and cats of different breeds and personalities.

For me, pet sitting and dog walking is not just a side job, but a way to stay connected with animals that mean so much to me, while giving them love, safety, and fun.
